BMV welcomes volunteers with open arms!  But in order to volunteer at our school, you must register with and be approved by Broward County Schools before coming to BMV to volunteer. The online application is now available! Volunteers who provided service throughout the 2016/17 school year with an ACTIVE status (as recorded in the STAR system), were automatically screened for Level 1 clearance for the 2017/18 school year therefore you do not need to apply. However if you did not volunteer for 2016/2017 but would like to volunteer this school year please apply online. This process facilitates a safe and secure environment for students, as well as updates our volunteer information through the maintenance of accurate records. You need your Drivers License or passport when registering.  After Broward County Schools approves your application (takes about a week), you can come to school, show your ID, and have your photo taken for your badge. 
 
If you are unable to attend the mandatory Volunteer Orientation on September 6th, please email volunteer@bmvptsa.org for instructions on how to complete alternative training.
